Loveable or unlaveable

Anyone else feel like after your break up that you're unloveable? Like if I couldn't make it work with this person, then I'll never be with someone? Almost like a defect or something? Like I feel like he was my one shot at love and now that we aren't together anymore I feel defective, unloveable.

@funnyBeechwood2087 Yes, I feel the same way about my last realationship. Everything you are saying is what I am feeling too. But, we are loveable, as hard as that is to remember at times. Sending lots of love.

You sound loveable, you would not ask that question if not. It is a normal feeling you have, many have been in the same including me.
