She broke up with me and says she still loves me and sees a future with us

Met a girl a few months back and things went fast. She was getting over an ex we started dating a few weeks into knowing each other and she told me she loved me and I loved her. I fully fell for her and last week she broke up with me. She has mental health issues to get over and she ia still getting over the trauma of her ex of 3 years telling her that he no longer loves her as much as he tried. She has admitted that she went to quickly into things and needs space. Last weekend we met and to exchange our personal items each of us had of the others and talked for a few hours which was unexpected. She told me that she loves me and we will see each other again and next time she wants to make sure that she is ready. I love her with my whole heart and I'm willing to wait but she has expressed she does not want me to wait for her as that would add pressure to her. I love her so much and would wait years if thats what it takes. We get along so well and she is my first true love. I'm giving her time its just so hard to not contact her or want to be around her but I know she needs space. I love her so much her smile, her laugh, and she's such a kind person. I know she did not mean to hurt me. I have been getting back into my spirtual practice and got a gym membership and have gone a couple times. When I look around the world I see her spirit reflected in everything and it fills me with love and emptiness at the same time. I miss her so much and have been just trying to love her from a distance in the sense of feeling my love for her even though she is not here. It hurts a lot sometimes and other times feels normal. I feel so emotionally vulnerable and lost.
