Has anyone ever publicized their ex's wrong doings on social media? If so, why and how did you deal with the consequences of it?

In a relationship, neither party is perfect. Both would have their share of mistakes and good deeds. However, it was observed that when you publicize the mistakes of your partners on social media, then such behavior creates a vicious cycle where instead of getting help, you might end up making relation worse to eventually break ups.

Because social media is so active and you never know who is connected with whom and how. So any piece of information passes so quickly with own interpretations that till the time it reaches to your partner somehow, it depicts the mistakes on a bigger picture and annoy or could frustrate your partner and bring misunderstanding.

So, rather than publicizing over social media, it would be nice if you could talk to them first 1-1 and share your views and understand their thoughts before taking next step or decision about with whom to share about it next?

Probably it could help.
