i broke up with my bf of 4 years recently as well. i believe i still have feelings for him and have been trying to cope but it’s hard. it wasn’t that hard for the first few weeks but it got harder now that i put more thought to it. you’re not alone

Take it one day at a time. Start by writing a list of things that you always wanted to do and then do them. Focus on you and your happiness. Surround yourself with positive people. Also, talking to a counselor would be beneficial as well.

I try to remember that there's no one right way to heal. As long as you're doing your best to process it, I'd say you're already doing wonderfully 🥺💕 personally I like to sit in my feelings for a minute, if only to acknowledge them, and then go about what I need to do to start moving from that space. Although what's best for me may not work for you as well (the opposite is also true). So take your time, it's okay to explore different methods of coping (chilling outside, with or without others, is one of my favorites). But all in all, I believe in you being able to get through this
