My son told me he's motivated to work hard because he sees that I just keep going no matter how hard life gets.

Several of those on the midnight shift who I work with when I come in at 5AM told me they missed me when I was off yesterday

The best compliment I've received is someone telling me that I'm kind and I helped them out today, they told me that I brightened up their day and made them happy.

One of my mom's friends at the park today told me I have beautiful hair, just like my mother's. I haven't gotten a compliment about my hair in quite some time, and it kind of made my day that much better.
