A recent compliment or a positive feedback you received!!

I love this thread, so I'm gonna keep it going. I really like reading through the positive feedback others have gotten.

Anyway, I've had more of a difficult time accepting compliments as truth lately because of a broken friendship with someone who was at first complimenting me (on character, so I took his word for it! ), but I reached out to loyal friends here and they had some very nice things to say.

One such friend is my "soul sister" on here who is thankful that we began posting on here and became friends, and I'm thankful to her for our friendship! Another friend who is like a brother to me here told me recently that I'm a kind person.

Compliments like those, when they're sincere, mean very much to me and I take them to heart. I'm not gonna allow what happened with that broken relationship to cause me to become bitter and insensitive to these.
