Found out I have philophobia

I broke up with my boyfriend of one year a few days ago due to him wanting me to be free and not rely on him to feel better, as I've been needing reassurance a lot lately. He didn't want me to suffer anymore so he ended it without letting me convince him to stay. Now when trying to move on and think when I wanna date again, it's harder than it's ever been. I feel sick and I worry now if I date this'll happen again and I'm a generally clingy and needed person. So in my head everything ended because it became too much. After thinking and doing research I think I have or have developed Philophobia. I think I've had it half way into the relationship as he got super busy with his classes at some point which caused me to overthink a lot on things due to him not messaging much. With the symptoms and signs of having it being linked to what I have been through from childhood and past exes, why is this arising now and in such a mean way? What do I do? I'm still moving on yet getting no where at all. I want to cry all the time but can't. I don't wanna feel this way anymore how do I deal with this and how do I cope with my new fear I have?

@MoonNemesis Ending a relationship can bring up strong emotions, and you're feeling scared about opening yourself up to love again. You're going through a difficult time after your recent breakup.  Maybe reflecting on your past experiences and identifying potential triggers is a great first step towards understanding yourself better. What do you think?
