Very true ... sometimes it really helps when someone asks how you're doing and cares enough to listen to the answer 
I feel most loved when people offer to help me spontaneously and compassionately and kindly, in meaningful ways, even sacrificing some, no wires attached, and they keep caring for me until they are sure I am fine.
When someone understands me through my silence because I am less expressive.

Helping someone and seeing them get the support they need.
Seeing someone look genuinly happy when I wave to them.
When someone listens to me when I talk about things I like, they don't even have to like them back. I just like being listened to.
when someone you love...gives u importance...
I feel loved when people go an extra mile to help me/to make me laugh even when they don't have to:)
Knowing that a person won't leave you no matter what and that you could trust that person with your life.
