One quality I look for in a romantic partner is....
to listen to me, even though what I'm saying doesn't make sense at all, just listen to me and tries to understand me.
A reciprocated trust. I want them to trust me and be able to tell me anything. Anything at all... but I also want them to be trustworthy and offer comfort and advice when it is needed. To me, that is a beautiful relationship.
I need someone who is openmind to a new knowledge that better us and our family. He is a learner. He is responsible on bearing finance as I am responsible taking care and educate my children. And we are loyal to each other, to keep improve on one another and talk healthily.

I also want to add: someone who helps me educate our kids about technical knowledge, ethics and Islam and we support each other in achieving our goals.
We don't have to have exactly the same thinking but at least share the same foundations and principles, because you know most of the problems i think, are because the partners do not agree on what is right and what is wrong. so Alhamdulillah in Islam we have all the rulings and arguments that back them back that we can apply and live by in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith of the prophet pbuh.

Someone who chooses to be themselves. I know what it's like to pretend, what it's like not knowing that I'm pretending, and what's it like realizing that I am/was/have been. They don't have to like themselves all the time a hundred percent, or ninety, or eighty, seventy, fifty. They just have to accept how they feel about themselves; I'm pretty sure that if someone dislikes something about themselves, that dislike is coming from somewhere. I want to respect that, not force them to change nor even the opposite of making them be their own number one fan while ignoring the things they themselves realize they themselves don't like about how they are. One can want to change; if that desire is coming from themselves and not from me, then that is very wonderful.
It will also be nice if they're communicative, honest, and go beyond abstract or general theories. It is particularly hard to connect with someone who, instead of saying what they truly feel, stops at citing didactic ethical pronouncements.

@Shiraz27 true so much. Oh god I have fellas too here. I hope you're blessed my Sister in same faith. Here in my country there is an online teaching institute about how to raise kids for women. It is cool. In english word it is called Institute of Professional Mother.
