Both...I love water and both rain and snow are water...I used to play soccer in the rain and swim at night in the rain...i also cryied in the rain...snowing calms me down and I'm fine with even the most horrifying blizzards...i love snowflakes and they are fascinating...

I am not a fan of either. I hate snow by default and rain is just uncomfortable. But if I have to choose I have to go with rain. So yeah... Rain it is for me.
I don't care for either one, I like dry sunny weather/warm.
I am not a massive fan of both. However if I can stay indoors and not have to work I love the snow. Looks so pretty and I love watching it fall

Both the GIFs are wonderful. I love playing in the snow but wetting myself in the rains is a means of my self pleasure also.

i also like both the rain and the snow, but it gets too cold for me, and right now my winter coat's zipper is broken n i can only use the snaps, so i am afraid of winter!
