Yeah that’s right you want to be sure that you can depend on the person you choose to put your trust in. Trust goes both ways
I believe the most important quality in a friend is that they are willing to defend and stand up for me no matter what. If they think I'm in the wrong, I'd rather them tell me that privately instead of joining others that are already putting me down for it.
In my opinion, a friend should genuinely wish for your well being and shouldn't have a hint of jealousy

Listening skills and actually be able to listen is such an important factor to successful communication and better understanding. You always appreciate when someone you talk to takes time to listen to what you have to say. It makes a difference
i’m not really sure.. i think i’m friends with a lot of different people but they all have one thing in common- they are all warm :)
