Telling someone I loved them when they mistreated me
Telling somebody I didnt care when I really REALLY do.
Saying that everything was stupid all the time when really everything is more magical then I could have ever imagined.
Anything from fear. I ought come from a place of love more with my language and be mindful 💜

I once called someone ugly behind their back and turned out they were an amazing person. Felt very guilty.
Saying "im fine" "im okay" .. when really i want to say "i feel like shit" "i hate my life" "someone help me" but it's like it's programmed into our brains to say : Hey how are you? Oh, im fine thanks and you? with a fake smile. We never tell each other how we feel deep down for fear of being vulnerable and showing face. It sucks
I don't have regrets.
I regret telling my husband he wasn't enough.
it was a long time ago & he has forgiven me but I wish I never said it

i regret forgiving you i could turn back time and change some stuff i regret giving all these chances but im glad that im done with it now
