if you did, Machivelli was saying it's better for /leaders/ to be feared than loved- if they can't be both. Which I agree with, since if you want to be loved as a leader you need to keep everyone happy which not only is impossible but leads to only chaos. However, as an overall person and not a leader, it's better to be loved.

Feared, it puts me at ease, or im more assured, idk. I dont mind being feared as much as the latter cuz well cuz thats how it is
