Can bad relationship habits lead to being in more toxic relationships?

This thread applies more to those who have done bad relationship habits such as ghosting or negging or been a victim of these toxic relationship practices. Do you believe that it causes bad relationship habits to begin or continue, and why?

@AbbyHarris1976

Initially thanks for tagging me and also for the forum post as well😃.

I have faced paused friendships in my life, where somehow people whom I had trusted before ghosted me latr on, that was painful as I never thought they will do that. I feel relationships and friendships are based on trust, so both must keep that and musnt fail.

I basically have anxiety and when I love someone as friend, I love them dearly, but if they cheats that is really a hard thing to deal with. It's used to cause great hard times when I faced the paused friendships, but I feel that with time, we must let go of those toxic memories. There are many good people who are there and will as well come in our life who will embrace us for what we are and will care for us.

As of me, I feel that no one should feel broken down just becoz of others ghosting you, you have got a wonderful life, a handful of wonderful people, wonderful friends who gonna brighten up your day☺.

Who ever sees my post, I wanna wish " Happy friendship day🎊🎉 " in advance, hugs to all of you😀.

@AbbyHarris1976, I definitely agree with you. The fear of getting hurt from a previous relationship will cause that person to self sabotage any future relationships. I do believe this issue is something that someone can definitely overcome, it might just be a process.

i think it entirely depends on the individual who is being ghosted or negged how they interpret what happened and their feelings about why it happened which usually is a reflection o n what the person thinks of themselves their self esteem for example one person with a healthy perspective and high self esteem is not going to see ghosting or negging the same way as someone with low self esteem one person who is ghosted wont think anything of it and be fine with it only assuming that the person ghosting them has other things going on in their life no big deal youll hear from them sometime in the future and itll make sense another person who is ghosted will be devistated think its all their fault their not good enough if only they try harxer to make peop!e happy and do whatever they want next time so their good enough - that mindset will lead to future troubled relationships and lead to codependency im sure and other types of toxic relationships

Yes, I've been ghosted for showing my pic (I'm BBw) and cat fish or some person simply want the naughty part of online chat, so it makes me very cautious and sometimes paranoid.

It also makes me worried that no one really wants me for me.
