One Thing I Learned From My Relationships Challenges

Be comfortable and honest with yourself completely first before jumping into a serious relationship with anyone. Be open to being completely exposed essentially with nothing to feel completely ashamed and filthy about if it were to ever get out in the future (there should be no "dirty secrets" that you feel fearful of getting out). In other words, purify yourself to the best of your ability and come to this person ready to open all closets and kick aside all rugs to show them who you are deeply in and out with confidence, honor, and honesty. There should be no masking and forceful elements. Everything should be natural...should be YOU.
You're giving this person yourself and not some makeshift image that you think they'd like. Despite how loving and caring I was, there was still a part of me that didn't quite feel like it was being fully expressed. I now know not to hide any parts of myself if I ever do get into a future relationship.
The one thing that I have learned about my relationship challenges are learning to let go. Sometimes challenges will occur in any relationship but it is not okay to stay and live unhealthily. Also, not every relationship is meant is cohesive enough to be considered close. However, there is no excuse to not be cordial to everyone.

Very true!
Many good relationships also take a lot of time to develop well
One thing iv'e learned from my relationships is you have to learn to love yourself before you love anyone else:)
@wonderousDreamer58 Yes a lesson I have been shown a few times!

*I have learned that you have to love yourself inorder to truly love someone else. I have also learned to be honest and ask for help, if necessary. The people who are truly meant to be in your life will do their best to understand and be there for you. If they don't, then they aren't worth it.
When things are putting the other person under obvious stress - if you love somebody set them free

It is very fregile, u can do anything to protect it only to see it..
It's gone... Just disappear, u think u can have it but the fact, we live in this world when in the end every one will die and it is very rare to die in the same time... Enjoy what you could while u can before it's gone... Only presence are exsist by memories and feelings when it's gone physically... To know love is to letting it go and live the present as best as you could..
You need to fight for things and be open with the other person before you give up on it
I had been in only one relationship so far so i am not much experienced but here are a few lessons i learned from it;
1. I shall always trust my instincts and follow them.
2. I should not make someone a priority when all i am is just an option for him.

That is SO TRUE about not making yourself a priority to one who would consider you only an option. I have had to learn this the hard way several times. ![]()
*Any relationship can work if both parties put in effort and accept each other's boundaries. * Feelings don't last and fade sometimes because people grow and change. *Be realistic - sometimes it'll save you a great deal of time and trouble :/
@determinedSummer25 That is so true. If both parties could make it work that would be great. It can't be just one sided. I am going thru something similar since my mother argues 2ith me a lot since we don't share the same views. And makes me feel down. But I now realize that if she doesn't want to respect my views and feelings then I can't be around that.
That everything isn't always my fault, and I don't always have to comply with every demand that is placed on me. If a relationship is making me feel like everything is my fault and taking away my ability to choose for myself, the cost of it is too dear. Trying to maintain such a relationship will tear me apart and only encourages the abuse to continue.
