I don't understand

We're engaged, we've been together for nearly four years, yet now she "wants time to herself" but doesn't want to call it quits. Even she doesn't know what she wants exactly. It's been like this for nearly six months. Why would someone want to throw away the person they love if they still love them? I'm scared of losing her and never getting a second chance. I can't help but feel somewhat betrayed because I'm trying to pull a lot of logistics due to it being long distance and this is what I'm getting. I don't understand why this is happrning.

@Xym0x

How are you now?

It's indeed sounds unfair for her to strings you along like that.

Hope things will get better for you soon 💜

Hey, first of all your feelings are valid. It must be stessful to you that your partner isn't giving you sufficient time. First of all, I feel you guys should talk about it once like a proper discussion. Try to see each other's perspective. Ask her if she needs help with something she's stressed about so that you know what exactly she needs time for. Express to her what exactly is bothering you and try to decide on some time for you two. That way you won't be hanging and waiting for too long because you'll exactly know when you're talking. If you guys want to make it work and if she sees you as her priority then you can ask her to include you in some of the activities she does. Specially when you both have free time. According to me, an open and to the point conversation might work for you so that you have some clarity about what's inside her head and take further steps accordingly.

Long distance can be really hard and if you talk on texts than it's even harder because you never know the emotions behind what the other person is saying. Try to have these conversations on call.

Hope it helps. :)🌻
