Need a woman’s opinion. Topic is jealousy
Hello!
so to make it short. The guy I’m dating used to really really like his roommate. They are just friends right now but they hangout in group settings a few times a year.
last night I asked him if the last time they hung out if he felt like he had feeling for her and he said NO. Then I asked if he thought she looked pretty and he said YES. I know that question is a bit childish but I just know he has feelings for her and idk if I can let that go.
Would you feel jealous?

No i do not think i would ... people may entertain the idea of i like this person or that but it does not materialize or work out ... yes men and women can be friends and appreciate if they look good when out without it being ... a potential hookup or something ......
i do not mean to sound cold but i am amazed how some people still feel as if they are dating the person they are dating should have blinders on to the whole world but the person they are dating..... LIFE is not like that
@lovenstuff men and women can definitely be friends without having additional feelings for one another, and if he says that's all he feels, there's no reason why you shouldn't trust him. Yes, he thinks he's pretty, but being in a relationship doesn't make a person blind to other people's beauty, it would be a lie if he told you otherwise. But thinking someone's pretty is not the same as having feelings.
I would feel jealous too because it’s human to feel that way. Communication is key in every relationship even if it’s just a friendship. Tell him how you feel. It’s hard but worth it. If worst case scenario happens you were happy before meeting him you will be happy after. I hope you can work it out.
