hey So about a little over a month ago me and someone I use to go out with started talking again.and we would talk all the time but lately they started getting distant and now we haven’t spoke in about a week and a half almost two. I want to tell them if we could work it out and try again but I’m not sure what’s the right approach and I’m wondering if I should just maybe be forward with them about it?

i have seen more people regretting having not said something up front ........
then those who were sorry they said anything. if it is no you are clear no more wondering..... if it is yes you saved how much time playing back and forth hoping the other person speaks up first.

Hii, if they started getting distant do you think they just wanted a bit of attention? If you think not then i think you should be straightforward.
text them something like “hey can we maybe try again?” or if not just build up to it and ask why their being distant ❤️

Hey there.
I want to ask, what do you mean by work it out and try again? As in romantically? If so, then perhaps see whether things have changed since the last time. If they broke up with you for reasons that continue to persist, then it's tricky. If they broke up for reasons that neither of you could control (for example, one of you had to move cities), but now there's a chance you can get back together, then I don't see why it would be an issue.
Since most relationships end for a good reason, getting back to the same one would require an equally good one. Since we'd need a lot of context on the story, I can only say that you should do what speaks closer to your heart. Would you rather see them as a friend? Or as something else? However you want to approach it, just be honest and clear about what you want.
