okay so this is gonna be a lot, me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 3 years. we love eachother more than anything but we had to breakup last night. he has really bad issues with paranoia, and past porn addiction that he started to struggle with again. i really tried for so long to endure and just be there for him but it started to hurt me. i talked to all my friends and they told me maybe i need to leave. i know he and i just need therapy (individually and together) but with our situations right now we havent found any options since therapy is fairly expensive lately, which is why i came here looking for help. we decided to stay apart until we can tackle these problems and fix them but we arent sure how or where to start, i know i cant help him anymore but i was searching for therapy sites and thought id give this a shot. i know we should stay apart for a while but im also still wanting to help him and my own issues as well because what me and him have really feels special we're just young and dont know how to deal with our emotions.

I'm sorry that you're going through this phase. I do believe the therapy offered on this site is a flat monthly fee, which you can check when you've found a therapist you might want to try out. You can see their profiles here https://www.7cups.com/therapists/search.php

Also, you're welcome to chat 1-1 with listeners free 24X7 and you can find them here - https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/

Therapists are trained and will be able to give you specific advice, while listeners are only trained to listen compassionately and provide a safe space for you to share/process your thoughts/emotions.

I hope you find the support you're seeking soon!

Much strength to you.

It's always hard to let go of someone with who you have had a strong bond but if there are problems that are beyond your control, sometimes it's good to call it quits. What are some of the issues you are facing?
