Am i being “outcasted” by my own friends?
So i’m in a close group of 4 including me. But lately (since 2 months) they have gone out without me. And i feel like i’m being ignored. When I talk to them, they barely respond. But one of three is (or was) really close as she’s my roomies. I tried talking to her if anything is fine, she said nothing wrong. They went out travel as 3 to another city for 4 nights and an hour before going they told me “if you want to come, just come.” coldly even when I didn’t say anything. I was being s u i c i d a l tried to k i l l myself before. I wrote my problems on letter, after knowing my letter they start to feel apologetic and the next day they start talking badly about me. My roomies, baked me a cake. But it was full sugar. And that day I was really sick, my gerd acting up I had trouble breathing. I vomited a lot and barely able to sleep. My roommate got angry and force me to finish up the cake coldy, saying it’s impolite. I have no intention to throw it away, I was about to keep it and eat it another day. I ended up not being able to go to school today and keep vomiting the whole day. My roomie got back and spot the cake still left. she reheated it and told me to finish it up. I pretended saying “it tasted better.” She coldly say “I don’t care.” At this point i feel like she’s trying to k i l l me.
Them traveling without you could be many things but if it seems to be constant exclusion then it's time to move on and get new friends. It's not appropriate for them to attempt to force you to eat something you didn't want but ultimately the choice to eat it is up to you. You make the choices for your body and mind. You need to stand up for yourself and take care better care of YOU instead of worrying about others. If you're having bad thoughts about yourself or your life then I highly suggest seeking professional help.
