Feeling alone without people I thought were friends

Why is it when anyone else in my friend group is needing support it’s always there but when it’s me everyone just disappears? I feel like I waste my time building relationships for this to happen….

It's because others are taking advantage of your giving nature. Make sure to give and get as much as you give in return or find new friends. Because those don't sound like true friends to me.
