How to find and make new friends in your 20s
Hello, I am 24 and have been trying for a while to make some close friends within my own age range, but I always seem to fail due to bad luck and lack of opportunity. I see myself as a likable person and have reasonably good social skills and confidence. I do College, but on my course all the other people are a lot older than me. If anyone has any ideas or advise it would be greatly appreciated :)

There's nothing wrong with them being older. I had all younger friends in college. You could join a club in college or go out partying and meet new people that way!
@SilentSerenityyn Thanks a lot for your feedback :) Yeah that's a good idea, I should ask if there are any groups/clubs/social opportunities at my College.Yeah I know partying is a good way to meet people, but I don't have any friends that are into that, so don't really get the opportunity.
Joining activities can be helpful. Like volunteering or other social type things. Theres all sorts of social meeting sites people can join :)

Yes, I've done my fair bit of volunteering work. Try to volunteer at places where you know the demographics are young. Then asking those people to join specific activities that you think would be interesting to them (and you, too) and putting in the energy is important.
