Communication
How do I tell and explain to my boyfriend in a nice way that recently I feel unloved. It’s eating me alive and I am so scared he’s been losing feelings. I’m trying to be chill about it because I know he was busy and he was on trips and school just started yk. However,it’s getting to be a lot and it makes me sad sometimes. I feel like he doesn’t enjoy talking to me anymore and he’s getting annoyed with me and ‘having to talk to me’ he’s never said this and has actually said the opposite, but I can’t stop my mind from going to the worst possibility for no reason at all. It’s making me question my own worth and is making me worry I’m not good enough. What if there’s another girl out there who’s prettier and better for him?? He’s given me no reason to think like that but I’m scared nonetheless. I feel like recently we are just so busy and distant that the love doesn’t feel there that much
@adventurousTalker271 Maybe try taking him out of his routine. Ask him what evening he’s free. Cook a nice dinner or get the food from someplace via Uber Eats. Set the mood with candles, low lights so he isn’t overstimulated then run a bath for him after dinner and join him. Sit in the tub and tell him how you’re feeling with both of you in the tub.

Communication is talking and being open and honest not dancing around the subject.
When we assume they think this or they feel that it creates problems in talking. Assuming they might not like what you want to say so you avoid it. Even if we try to talk, we tend to still believe all those things in our mind. How we think they will respond or what they might say.... like they actually said it already. All these are barriers to real communication.
telling them how you feel and sharing items with them ... do not expect an answer or everything to be solved. let your information about your thoughts and feelings sink in and often I have gotten a better response later when they have had time to think about what we talked about. if they try to say they can fix this or that instantly it often does not last change and understanding why to change takes time.
