Dad lying about me "bugigng him since I got up" about his loud voice

So I have a billion problems with my Dad.   Those can be seen in this thread: anxiety about Dad and Luna (sister)

To get a basic  understanding of the layout here's a rough drawing:

So I'm in the dinning room trying to read the section of the newspaper because of one of 2 interesting articles in there today.  But at this point Dad's in a bad mood about something (I assume tax-related), so he's complain to Mom,  but he's so loud, that either Captain Kirk,  or E.T.'s friends on E.T.'s home Planet could here him if he was much louder.  Or he would sound like the adults from Peanuts (If you know, you know).   Or he sounds like volume at a movie theatre when it's not sensory friendly. 

So I'm talk from the Dinning room asking him to "Dad lower your voice"  and he's says back "I'm talking with Mom".   I said "You're voice is too loud" and then he's straight up lies and says " That again? You been bugging me about that since you got up.."  Which we both know is a straight up lie

And now because I'm in a bad mood, and even in a bad mood because Mom wants me to do my hair now, that I'm shouting at Dad saying "I hadn't said anything to you all day.. and if you're any louder Star Trek characters could hear you" and  he then claims the same beeswax again whichi  is a lie.

And when I'm compaling (actually shouting) at Mom,  and she tells me to shut up, or else I would get kicked out the door.  IT just when Dad's in a bad mood and takes it out on everyone else, it makes everyone else get mad.  It just no matter where I go in the house, I have to put up with Dad's loud voice

Like if he's talking to  a friend on the phone in the living room, I can here it from my side of the library up here

In the past I would be able to shut the library door to be able to not have to be part of the conversation but because stuff's blocking the door I can't.
