Gmail at 8 PM
Him emailing my *** at 8 pm wasn't a part of my list in moving on.
Our mutual kept calling him a "*** who got no balls". Which is true, but at the same time... I feel guilty for it, considering what he's going through.
When I receive his email, it gave me a heart attack for no reason. I guess it's because that's how our relationship started? Or because he's the first to message between us after not doing that for 2 years. What should I even feel?
Him: "I am surprised, when I tried to message you, I was blocked on ***, I was removed from your server and you unfollowed me on MLBB... damn, it seems you really wanted to break up with me. And now you have people going against me too.'
Me: "People against you? I never sent people against you? But I’m sorry I blocked and unfriended you. It’s driving me mentally insane. I want to back off before facing you again."

It sounds like you are annoyed he messaged you.
In situations like that, I like to acknowledge "I am triggered." (Or "I was triggered", if it has taken me some time to realise.)
I find acknowledging this, helps me see the path forward. It helps remind me that no one can control the actions of another person. I can only control my own actions. And I can control whether I allow myself to take action as a result of the trigger. And I realise that if I take no action, I do not allow the trigger to impact on my life. I imagine it flowing off me, like water off a duck's back, and get on with my life.
Let the river keep its water (or your ex keep his grievances) and fly on.
