Got replaced
I'm a girl. With a girlfriend.
2019 College blockmates to close friends to 2021 dating to serious relationship.
Graduated, passed the boards, worked even after 3 companies. Still together.
But not anymore, until this year came. 2026.
A guy came. She entertained him and our long term relationship is now at the dumps after their 3 days of chatting.
How can I cope up with this? When I'm still living and working with her?
She can't choose me, but I can't let her go when my life I build is with her. Every aspect of it is with her.
Please help me. I don't know what to do anymore. I want her to stay but can't accept the fact that she wont choose me.

I cannot understand why she would give up everything youve built together after only talking to someone for three days.
That's very shallow.
You deserve so much better than someone who can walk away just like that.
You deserve to be happy and to heal and to receive the same energy back that you are giving out!
You deserve someone who isn't so easily swayed 💚

if it has only been a few days maybe she can or will change her mind, but this is a valuable lesson that when we build our live totally around another person, they have the power to shatter that.
build your life for and around you .. that way you can chose to share with someone but not let them have power to destroy.
What do you mean she entertained him? How much are they talking, about what?
If her life is built around you too, than talking to other people is normal and good. Talking everyday for 3 days is weird, but If she doesn't have other friends or close connections, trying to hold onto this new one is understandable.
If she's cheating and flirting than it's another thing and obvious what to do.
If they have friendly conversations for 3 days, i don't think you need to worry and him replacing you
Also what do you mean she won't choose you? Does she actively make a choice to talk to him when you offer to do something with her? If so than yes, if she just spends her time like that, even telling you about it, doesn't seem like a problem from what you wrote
But idk the whole situation, might be completely wrong. Take whatever people tell you into consideration, but don't make your decisions based on it. You and your partner are the ones that know what's happening the best
