He blocked me
After our break up we remain in contact for like 1 year and he used to tell me that he still loves me and then suddenly I saw him with a new girl.... mentioning each other on *** stories. One day inoticed they unfollowed each other and he came back to me again. We talked we fight sometimes. Whenever I wanted to talk bout my feelings he ignored...when I say you're just using me as a backup plan he said that I am insulting him and finally he blocked me today. It hurts, it hurts so bad coz after all of this I still love him.
@intuitiveClementine8108 I'm really sorry that you're going through this. 🙁 I sadly know to some extent how this feels, even if my circumstances were a little different, and it's not a good feeling. It can be really confusing and heartbreaking, especially tough when feelings aren't being reciprocated.
Here's what I learned... it's okay to grieve what you thought your relationship with them was going to be. If I were you, I'd focus on your well-being right now. Be it a form of self-care, what makes you feel at least slightly better, or just getting some rest would help. Anything you can think of that would suit you the best, as I can't give "one-size fits all" advice to everyone.
I'm sorry you have been treated like this and I'm sorry for the pain you're going through.
It wasn't nice of him to keep leading you on by saying he still loves you, he gave himself time to move on but kept you wondering about the possibility in the background which is straight up manipulation.
Keep your head held high and know you're better off without someone like that in your life.
Hey love! I am SO sorry that you are enduring such pain :( i too can relate with how you are feeling. Although he got upset with you stating that you’re just a backup plan to him, you have all rights to feel that way, and even though it hurts that he blocked you, this may be the best thing that could happen to you. You deserve more. You deserve true and genuine love. You should NEVER be someone’s second option. You are someone’s dream girl, they just haven’t found you yet. I know you’ll get through this and i believe in you. :)

Love is simply not enough.
Love, in itself, is not the only ingredient for a healthy relationship.
In fact, if anything, MUTUAL love is a byproduct of a healthy functioning relationship.
Unrequited love is ...as you've discovered, quite painful.
You owe it to yourself, to move on and do far better.
