Help with relationships
So, I am having genuine trouble in my relationship. I have caused a lot of damage and want to make amends.
I am in a polyam relationship, one Para, two Metas. Things have been bad for years because of my issues I was in refusal to fix.
Does anyone know of free or cheap relationship counselors? Online preferred? Or someone who can help me with trying to talk with me through some things.
I want to try to fix things, stop me bad behavior and try to fix things, genuinely, with my partners.

It's wonderful to read how you want to take ownership of your issues and seek solutions. This will definitely help you in your desire to fix things.
And many people (including mysrlf!) find that someone to talk things thru with can really help, but I understand that the cost of therapy can be quite a barrier.
Perhaps by now you have discovered that this site offers online counselling? If not, that is something you could maybe look into.
If that does work out, then there are listeners. I've had some amazing support from listeners when therapy wasn't a possibility for me. I found it necessary to remember that they are volunteers, with a mixture of skill levels. Sometimes resilience is needed to deal with an unhelpful listener and push thru to find someone who helps. But I've found it well worth it.
