How marriage stopped career ,self love , husband doesnt check on me.Please read this and help me out , i will hear your views

Hi everyone , hope you are doing well.

My marriage was few months back and before marriage we both took a mutual decision to quit my job and move to abroad and i resigned but now my visa got rejected. I was a working woman who was very ambitious and was creating a great career but due to marriage , i had to stop.My husband went back abroad after 2months of marriage. Now he doesn’t ask me whether i am financially ok or am i doing good , how i do my expenses. Once i gave him a clue about this but he said that i can get money from his account and pay it back, i was shocked and shattered. It was not about money, it was about whether he was checking on me but he dint. I told him that its shameful at some point to buy money from my parents.(I told him intentionally whether after that he might say he will look on it. I just wanted to hear that only , i don’t want him to look after me fully, even i expected the bare minimum but he cant).Instead he said its ok to have money from parents. Actually yea i am living with their money and they will provide whatever i want.But my husband didn’t have the courtesy to ask me whether i need something.

We are in LDR now at least he could suprise me with something, order food for me, Nothing from his side, i used to put efforts on him now I stopped.What are your opinion on this?

I will go abroad and start my career soon but i am scared too will i get a job there,i want to stand on my own feet and dont want to bother the man to care of me.I married for my parents sake i am no longer myself, i lost myself
