My bf forgot out first anniversary. I reminded him understanding that he was busy the entire day and wish him all he replied to it u said it was on 19th. When clearly it has been on 15th I have never said 19th.When I showed him the calendar and all he said ohh is it Happy Anniversary with a smiley emoji. That was all
So i was hurt and angry he said was why didn't you reminded me when we met on 13th and when I told him if it mastered to him he would have remember so he said he remembered it was on 19th i replied ok to that message and he has left me on read

I would not take it so personally many partners have forgot exact dates and give him credit he was close to the target. Probably left it on read because it is something that can be let go.
My spouse has missed my birthday think a different day for who knows what reason / anniversary and any other milestone a few times. annoying yes ... we think they can do better or put in their phone etc but in the end it is not worth creating a bigger issues over.
