I still care for my ex
So my ex has a really really traumatic childhood. She broke up with me bc she couldn’t express emotions anymore and now she keeps posting sooo much in social media about how she changed and became heartless and stuff…I am worried for her so I dont know if it’s a cry for help or I should let her be…
@Jellyv Hi there. Welcome to 7cups. It's perfectly understandable that you still may care for an ex. Just because people break it, it does not mean the feelings cease right then and there. I think it is caring on your end that you are genuinely concerned about her because of her "behavior" on social media. Who knows if she is just posting for attention and if it is a cry for help. Who knows if she truly has changed. Either way, I hope your ex is ok and I hope you are as well.
