Leting Go is Painful at necessary

Well you loved someone from all of your heart. Still they choose to leave you. It will hurt, hurt more than any physical pain. But the hurting all about the great memories with them. You will miss all things between you two. Your heart will say, we can't afford loosing that person. But we have to let them. Holding them is hurting both of us. Holding them will feel like obsession to them then love. So just let them be happy. If they can't find worth living with you. You should also find person who love you as love them. Just let go and start loving your self respecting, your self then think about loving someone else. Just Let go.
