My anxiety is bad

I’ve been done ok during this breakup but went out to dinner with my mom and I wanted to have so many anxiety attacks thru out the entire dinner i was like trying so hard to not cry and I miss my ex so much and I hate being alone. I have borderline personality disorder so I know that’s a huge play in this and it suck’s ugh

I know it is hard for everyone even those who do not experience anxiety ....
i think we sometimes do not realize being alone is not a bad thing.... it is not a judgement .... it shows strength not weakness.... being good with ourselves is an attractive quality when we do move on.
