Is it normal in a healthy relationship to go all day without talking when busy and stuff? I know it sounds self explanatory, however I have never had an healthy relationship before and am wondering if this is what anyone would consider healthy?

yes it is normal and fine in a relationship to when time of being busy or conflicting schedules .... a day or two even without talking is fine.
