Hello.
Lately, I'm having a hard time focusing. I constantly feel nervous, shaky, and overwhelmed by overthinking. I've lost trust in others and can't seem to regain it. I struggle with sleeping through the night, and my appetite is inconsistent—sometimes I have no desire to eat, and other times I feel like eating everything. I've also been experiencing breakouts on my face, which is unusual for me.
I recently resigned from work, so I have plenty of time to rest, but I still feel constantly tired. I often feel like crying, but the tears just won't come out. 🥺
Has anyone here ever consulted a professional and found out they have anxiety or depression? Can you share what your symptoms were? How do you cope with it? What helps you?

I feel depression and anxiety are not a one size fits all situation and your symptoms or issues may differ from another. Those who do go in for an official diagnosis may do so looking for medication that may or may not help. Many IMO simply self diagnose as signs of depression seem very common the lack of interest in things the being tired and not able to really focus etc.
how people work through what ever they are going thru is also many different things. it is never a one solution type of thing.
