I was in a relationship where I wasn’t treated with honesty or respect. He gave attention to other girls while still being with me, hid things instead of being upfront, and acted in ways that broke my trust. That left me feeling hurt, betrayed, and disrespected.

I know an experience like yours can leave you with trust issues and deep emotional wounds, and it might take some time before you feel ready to open your heart to love again, but remember that none of what happened was your fault and you deserve to be properly loved, respected and cared for.
Feel free to reach out for support if you need it, a breakup is never "just" a breakup and it can really affect you heavily. Take care of yourself, give yourself kindness, and time to heal your wounds. Things will get better again. You deserve better, and better days will come.

I hope you can process this and get thru by your description your Ex was not mature or understood what a relationship is supposed to be.
If someone cannot be honest hides things or is still looking for other possibilities with other people ... it was only a one-sided relationship. Maybe soon you will see you are so much better off away from them.
