We generally try to avoid giving advice here, because only you know truely what will work for you.

Here's a few things that work for me, that you could try, or ignore, accordingly.

Remember that it is OK to make mistakes. It's human. Often the anxiety about possibly having made a mistake can become bigger than the mistake itself.

Remember that no ones opinion about us matters more than ours. It's easy to imagine what other people will think if something doesn't work out. But actually, does it really matter, if i am unhappy?

Can i do this for one more day? Or even, one more hour? Because if so, put off making a decision for that length of time. If not, it's time for change.

Talk talk talk. Communication is the key to relationships. Drop the unrealistic expectations that we should only need to say something once and practice communicating the same thing in as many ways possible.

Therapy.

Learning a lot about fear and anger.

Those are some things that worked for me.

Hi

I'm sorry you are feeling low in mood and that you feel you are spiralling.

You need to try work through your feelings and thoughts try therapy if it's feasible.

What's contributing to your thoughts that you married too young. It's been a short time married so what's changed.

I don't like to presume but It does sound you got married very quickly in the relationship when the feelings are heightened , everything in lovely dovey and that now life has settled and that you getting the feeling, is this it. I don't know.

I hope get the help you need .

Sometimes, when we start spiralling, it helps to pause and remind ourselves that we don’t need to have all the answers right now. You’re allowed to take a breath, reflect, and focus on understanding your needs one small step at a time. If it feels safe, maybe try journaling or talking to a trusted friend about what exactly feels “too soon”, whether it’s about identity, freedom, expectations, or simply missing parts of your younger self.
