Advice needed…

My husband asked for an open relationship… I’m super against it. It’s just not what I believe in. And he knew that when we got married. I’m trying so hard to move past it, but I can’t stop thinking about him wanting to be with other women. I have no clue where to start to heal. Every time I think I’m going to be okay it slip right back to feeling so worthless and just not good enough. My self esteem is shot and I’m losing my mind.

do you know why this request might have been made or were you completely blindsided ? is the relationship solid otherwise..........if not are you working on what is not working?
the open marriage idea seems to be floating around in a few posts here maybe it is a fad or he is testing you.......
