An insecurity one can have in romantic relationship is..
We all are insecure in our relationships due to one or other reasons. What is one insecurity you have in your romantic relationship? How one could minimize or deal with it?
Let's talk about it!
I worry that although my partner loves me, I fully believe Im loved, they no longer like me. We have a long history with common ups and downs. However, the longer were together the more I feel like roommates that care about each other but no longer crave each other. I used to feel like my partner thought I was funny, smart, exciting etc. now it seems like bordom has moved in permanently. Its always scary to feel unliked, but very confusing to feel cared about but disliked.
An insecurity in a romantic relationship is like walking on hot charcoals...it is warm but it burns if you don't tread carefully and in confidence...
People nothing is secure in a romantic relashionship since you at the same time drop all barriers and at the same time raise armies for your loved one...
Tread carefully when in love because love is like a kindle you try to nurish...

My biggest insecurity in romantic relationships would have to be abandonment and betrayal. Everyone I've ever loved has turned on me, and everyone I've ever trusted has let me down. I enter every relationship, romantic or not, already braced for it.
Becoming too attached. :( Worrying that I'm not enough because I don't have tattoos. He likes tattoos on girls.
I was a in a romantic relationship once and I had no idea how to act because I'm aromantic.
I think I ended up being annoying because I tried overcompensating with standard romantic gestures like flowers, gifts and saying sappy stuff without actually feeling a connection to those things.
I didn't mean to be fake. I just wanted to do things like everyone else because I hoped it might help getting me out of my "late bloomer" stage. But in the end I was filled with insecurity throughout the entire relationship :(
But that's okay, I'm comfortable with my romantic orientation now. I just do relationships a little different 💚
my boyfriend and I have been together for about three years. It freaks me out sometimes because im afraid that one day he would just stop loving me but stays in order to not hurt me.
Recently he made a mistake and ever since then, i find it hard to trust him even though we've talked about it. every time i try to express myself about the issue, most of the time he'd push me away. so I've been wondering if my relationship is failing. i just dont know what to do anymore
I think you haven't met your person yet. I was always very insecure about every single step but then I met my partner. Now we buy Pampers splashers for swimming for our first child and we are happy together. So, don't stop believing in yourself. We are all amazing in our own way.
That I'm not enough....
I guess the biggest insecurity is, that once you develop a physical relationship, the fear that is it all the relationship is about? , starts to accumulate you. This can b on both sides you know. It is important to know that intimacy is not the relationship but its just a part of the whole relationship. I think it just triggers everything all the over whelming thoughts and u begin to question and calculate ur partner more.
@compassionate95 my partner is used to being very sexually active. I am used to going up to 3 years without sex, so I appreciate you posting this. I agree. It is difficult.
@compassionate95 ur ryt

That aren't as honest about their feelings for you and they might not feel the same way you do about them.
