Conditional Love
I signed my soul away for conditional love. Now I cannot go back. In everything I promised to let go of and to forget the pain. Forgetting the extent of his love will be hard to swallow. It will now define the strength of this relationship.
I am loyal. Trusting! Unconditional. ...Naive... I willing locked myself in this cage, because the love I hold for him will keep me a slave forever.

I am sorry you are dealing with this..... when we are loving and trust it can be to a person whom only has conditional love to offer and that is a poor substitute for the real thing... is there no way out when you speak of signing up to be in this situation?

If you stay stuck you may never find unconditional love. What makes you feel stuck? Are you married? Have kids? Other circumstances? If this person has conditional love then they may not stay committed for long and it will make it worse. There’s unconditional love out there for everyone.
