How to keep my best friend and repair my relationship with my ex

I've been loving with my best friend for a few months and we've. Known each other for over 16+ years. I love her like my sister and she's been so supportive of me. Recently I had a bad breakup with an on amd off relationship I've had for the past 4 years and I've been really trying to repair it. It was going really well to the point I went to go vacation with him fo a week only for him to say he believed he fell out of love for me and we shouldn't be together anymore because we've been hitting really bad in different ways. It was abrupt and I was devastated with my best friend at my side helping me pick my heart up. A month later he called me drunk and high crying saying that it was a mistake and he'd do anything to have us be in each other's lives again. I told him that I didn't want to be treated like an option and that there needed to be a certain level of respect in which he kept apologizing for. I really love him and we went through a lot of experiences together both good and bad and always had each other's backs. So I agreed to give him one final chance. But my best friend caught wind of it and isn't speaking to me (even though we live in the same house) and believes whatever she does I just still go back and she's wasting her breath in which I never wanted her to feel that way. Everything has been entirely circumstancial. I want them to eventually get along but I don't know what to do.
