One way I feel heard in a relationship is ___
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. One of the best feelings in the world is to feel understood. Lets talk about that!
One way I feel heard in a relationship is ___
@Hope
One way I feel heard in a relationship is not being criticized about speaking.
@Hope My husband gives me feedback acknowledging what I have said and then behaves in a way that shows he heard and understood me.
This doesn't mean he always does what I want there is a term for that "pool boy" they are fun and not spouses!
He takes what I said then does what he thinks is best to do IN LOVE.
That's a man!
One way I feel heard in a relationship is by being acknowledged as a person. I sometimes can go on crazy rants or just blab on about stuff and i'm also v e r y touchy. It helps to be able to just rant and have someone listen and also either share the need to be touchy too or just like affection. [:
@Hope
when there is a positive reciprocation of efforts.
@trueconfidant123 yes absolutely.
Someone said for a relationship quote, if they wanted to, they would.
I had to think about that then realized it is so true. How many times do people make and break promises, we cry and say this time they will do what I want and need. If they wanted to, they would. Helps separate the truly willing and well behaved from the playahs.

I wholeheartedly agree. Relationship isn't contract based. The reciprocation of actions and feelings has to come from within as f not after being reminded of.
@Hope
i heard in a relationship when we are at home having conversations or share similar interests and bond over them
feeling that your feelings are validated and not met with a "yes/no" or "true/false" response.
