Do : Communicate clearly to your partner about what you need
Don't : sulk in silence and expect them to be a mind reader and then assume they don't love you enough when they fail to do so

Or you just tell them 10 times and they just don’t care and claim the last 30 minute conversation about yesterday never happened.
