So happy he's moving

I just found out that one of my neighbors who is notorious for stirring up trouble is leaving moving out of our neighborhood and I am so happy. I told some other neighbors about it last night and they were happy to hear about it too. Not only does this person come off as the "Friendly neighbor" and gossip, but he's also shouted immature things at me before in thinking it was funny. I am not close to him and I don't otherwise engage with him anymore because he's so toxic to be around.
