Chat rooms
So Ive been a Listener here for while and I have to say Im a little disappointed in the interactions in these chat rooms especially the ones that are supposedly meant for support. I always feel ignored like the loser who just joined the cool kids lunch table. Nobody pays attention!
Maybe its just me but I find it irritating that Im unable to get help from the one place supposed to provide said help. 😫
Anyway, maybe its just me they dont want to talk to. 😔😏

@Oxatnik It's there to help listeners in their listening role. People can go there to refer a chat to another listener, ask for a resource, etc.
I don't think there's any wrong doing in seeking support from a listener account. We are all here to help out each other after all.
Sorry the group chat has been causing you trouble. They can get quite busy in case if there are a lot of participants.
Have you considered making a forum post about the problem? If you are comfortable with that of course. I believe there is a group for listeners when you can use the forums: https://www.7cups.com/home/listenerjourney/

@Oxatnik Personally, I avoid the chatrooms because of some bad experiences when I first joined. Maybe you're right and you have to be one of the cool kids. I don't think it's just you

so in order to build more hours in my certificates, it says I need to engage in so many chat rooms, but I am not sure where to find these active chat room and what am I as a listener, supposed to or allowed to talk about?
@SkyTheListener Thd group chatrooms can be found under chat. I suggest connecting with a mentor, as they can guide you better depending on the certificate.

Don't think that way. Always be positive. Mayv be others are buzy in their own works. We have many LISTENERs available. You can have talk with them and feel free...
