GOOD NEWS (APRIL 10)
After nth yrs of being together, he started dreaming of me again. I just feel like posting this thread because, I feel so loved at this moment.
I want to cry thinking how he got to dream of me again. It's been always me who dreams about him leaving me/cheating on me or anything related to him for the recent years of us being together.
I always wondering if he also dreams the same or if there is a chance that I shows up in his dreams too.
Yes, he did, but that was years ago. I think first year of us dating, he often dreams about me with him, me leaving him, etc.,
But whenever I asked for these recent years, he doesn't say that much that I shows up in his dreams.
I don't know if this is kinda weird to all of you, but this thing means a lot to me.
Dreaming about a specific person also means, you think of him/her most of the time. Proven with my own personal experience.
I think I should celebrate this small progress in our love life....
He is coming back to his old self that I have met years ago. I want to cry. Tears of joy of course.

Chili Relleno Cassarole (simplified version but just as good)
You will need:
9 x 9 pan (I used a glass pie plate)
5 eggs - separated
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper
Ortega chilis in a can - either diced or whole (no need to roast fresh ones, steam off the skin, slice and discard seeds. Nope. The canned chilis will do)
A good melting cheese - Mexican cheese, Mozzerella, Pepper Jack and/or etc.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites on high speed until very frothy (about 2 minutes) - either a stand or hand mixer.
Add egg yolks, baking powder, flour, milk, salt & pepper - beat on medium speed for a minute or so.
Put a small amount of oil in the bottom of your pan.
Pour in about 1/3 of the egg mixture.
Cover with the Ortega Chilis.
Cover with grated cheese
Pour in the rest of the egg mixture.
Cover with more grated cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and the inside is spoungy.
I added 1/2 of a grated jalapeno pepper to the top of the casserole for added spice.
