Green Coat story

So this story is more simple or at least I think it's a simple story.  At the time I was in Gr. 8 and I was being bullied in school-sometimes badly- see the Doorknob Bullying story if you haven't already.  Also at the time I had a green coat.  It was between 2 seasons, the only thing I knew it wasn't winter at the time because I had shoes on.     Don't worry it has a good ending.   

Story 

So my split Gr.7/Gr. 8 class and the other teacher's Gr. 8 class had a field trip to what I guess was a Outdoor Education centre.  Then we had what I can only call a "game" organized by the adults    a big chunk of the classes were "werewolves" included some of the bullies.   Everyone else who wasn't a wolve including myself, were "deer".    And the deer at least had what I can call "Booklets" we're suppose to stamp at what I'm going to call "Watering Holes" along the trail.   I started off like normally like on the trail.   But  I somehow had this 3rd sense, to get off the trail and I spend the rest of the game along the trees- with some stops to check the trail to find out if I was heading in the right direction.

When I got back to the Building, at the entrance,  I was the last person to return from the forest and I "won" the game by "surviving" as an animal.

Thoughts: 

So  I highly believe now, that the reason I might have did the "going through trees" at the time of the story, is because I was worried about combination of no teachers or adults in the forest (or as far as I know, there weren't),  and what the bullies might have done to me in the forest.
