I just can’t seem to shake it.
I’ve been in an unhealthy long distance relationship that ended over a year ago. We were together almost 10 years. As time progressed after the breakup, instead of getting better, I feel worse. The pain in my heart doesn’t stop day and night. At times even breathing is hard. I still don’t sleep at night. I am writing this at 2:00 a.m. These days she is already dating someone else. I find myself going to bed every night, literally praying to God for some kind of a miracle that I won’t wake up in the morning. I whined to her so many times about how bad I still feel, that at this point not only does she hate me, but she’s even hurting me even more on purpose.

10 years is a very long time, most people would also finds it difficult to easily move on and put all in the past. Some others may be able to move on faster. Many factors make the difference.

Thank you. Most days are absolutely horrible. Today was nice. One day at a time, right? :)

It feels like a never ending dark tunnel now, but keep walking and you'll see the light eventually 💜 all the best!
It’s not going away. I’m genuinely suffering day and night while she is enjoying life and dews my really care how I feel, because she forgot that I existed. Oh, maybe one day. Not today.
