Looking for something new
I just went through a breakup and I feel the only way to getvover it is with someone else so I'm trying to figure out how to find my forever person without losing the feelings or anything
@kkkkkayla
trying to quickly find a person to fill a void by a breakup ends with the rebound person .... NOT the forever person ...
if you are truly looking for long term i would suggest working on you first.... making sure you are clear in what you want and boundaries etc. maybe think about how your last relationship broke up and ask yourself what would you change ... and if you changed would it be for you or the other person .
@kkkkkayla Breakups are never easy, but processing your emotions after them is very important after all the only way out is through. What would you like out of your next relationship? What did you learn from the last one?

Hi, I'm going to be honest and tell you that this is not a good idea. Firstly, if you were to go into a new relationship right away, that's not so fair to the person you'll be with. They'll always be second. You will only be giving them heartbreak. Secondly, if you do end up falling for them, by that time, they may not want to wait any longer nor want to be with you. When they leave, you may end up repeating this cycle. I do, however, know a forever person, and that's you. You'll forever be there for yourself. Heal your heart and mind first before going into another relationship. You deserve that at the very least. I wish you the best.

Breakups are never easy and are hard and take time for everyone. I know you just want to find your forever person but you need to focus on your emotions first and figure out exactly what you want. What do you want to take away from your recent breakup/relationship and what exactly are you looking for in a forever person?
Break ups are never easy but trying to find someone else won’t help either. You are beat trying to do things you love as a direction. When you feel your emotions let yourself feel them. Always remember tomorrow is a new day!

Hey, I am sorry for what you went through. I empathize with you. And I am glad you are feeling that you are willing to move on to another relationship. I do understand that you want to be with someone, and while that does help by getting emotional support, its always better to get to know yourself. Your likes and dislikes. Having a sense of self, will help you choose better in you next relationship. Breakups can be hard, but they are the best source to know what yourself better. Hope you find peace with yourself and chose a healthy relationship for yourself with the learnings you gather from your previous relationship. I will be a chat away if you need a friend to talk to.
Hi @kkkkkayla
I understand that you've recently gone through a breakup, and it's common to have mixed feelings during this period. You're contemplating the idea of finding a new, lasting connection. It's important to be patient with yourself and allow time for healing and self-discovery. Each person's journey is unique, and you'll find your path in your own time. Your emotions and experiences are valid, and it's okay to explore your feelings without rushing into something new.
@kkkkkayla, I recently went through a breakup, so I know the feeling of wanting to bypass the pain. It is such a tricky place to be. If you need to talk with anyone, let me know! I am here for you as you go through this adjustment.

@kkkkkayla give yourself some time , if you want a forever person you'll not find them by going on a search , Destiny will set the right place at the right time . Till then enjoy being with yourself and love yourself ❤️
