I agree with the user above, it's better if you talk to your brother first, because maybe it really is an old account and he doesn't even use it anymore (I use Tinder and it doesn't show latest access or something). In case he uses it. talk with him and help him understand he wants to end the relationship or maybe working on fixing what's going wrong. Best of luck to you both!
